Jason Eldridge

Jason Eldridge and his wife Jillian, have 3 children: 3 girls, Jade, Jenna, Juliana and two of them are accomplished wrestlers. 1 being Alabama’s first Girl’s State Champion. Jason has 13 years of experience coaching youth and 8 years of coaching girls.
Jason moved here from upstate New York. Jason wrestled for NYS (New York State) from age 6-18 years old. After graduation he joined the US Army and continued to wrestle for the base team until September 11th. After leaving the Army he joined the Air Force and started assistant coaching youth wrestling. After leaving the service he dedicated his free time coaching his daughters and worked with various youth organizations that would accept girl wrestlers. In 2018 Jason became one of NYWAY’s Head women coaches for their travel team. In 2019, Jason became the NYWAY Western Women's Director, NYWAY’s Women’s Travel Team Director, Superior Girls Travel Team Coach, and helped develop tournaments/dual teams for NYS's girls.
Jason's whole family is involved in promoting wrestling in Alabama and the growth of women's wrestling. Jason is currently the Alabama’s USA Women’s director and a member of Alabama’s High School Girls Wrestling Task Force.
